My name is Koby Hooper. I am 23 and was born and raised in Adair County and currently live in Tahlequah. I recently graduated from Northeastern State University with a bachelors in marketing and media studies with a focus on public relations/advertising.

Demonstrated experience in collaborating to create digital and print advertisements for businesses such as BancFirst, Primetime Buds and the NSU Playhouse. Experience in helping plan and execute fundraiser campaigns and events. Worked with Northeastern State University to advertise the Center for Tribal Studies and related events.
